We began interestingly enough with some work following the Dome Hills Fire and have since that date continued with a variety of forest activities finishing recently with the Strawberry Hills Fire Project. What is most impressive to us as a native organization is that Marv and the foresters at Westwood are more then willing to listen to the views of the traditional knowledge keepers and the elders of the community in making forestry decisions.
